I’d like to cancel my calm subscription and have followed the steps by going in to settings and subscriptions but when I tap the calm app there are only options to renew my subscription and there is no option to cancel it. Does anyone know how I can cancel my calm subscription?

That's because you're not subscribe to calm anymore, scroll down to the very bottom of your screenshot and read what it says.
