As others have noted, the Pilates Workouts are not showing up in the Fitness app on iPad or iPhone. I was able to do one of the Pilates workouts on the Apple TV app but have not seen them elsewhere. There is no Pilates tab at the top on the iPad or iPhone.
Also, in the topics section which Apple wants us to assign our questions to, there is no option for Fitness+. Sigh.

Update to the new iOS 15.0.2 and iPadOS 15.0.2 if you haven't.
Just tested, it is available on my iPhone and iPad as well as TV.
On iPhone start Fitness app > Fitness+ (bottom middle tap) > Pilates tab is at the top.

Thank you so much. An obvious thing to do, but I had not checked recently and although I have auto update set on my iPad, it had not done the latest ios update. Really appreciate the response.
