Chaizer شايزر stole my money (1000SR) via Apple Pay without my permission!!

I saw a mobile battery charging machine owned by Chaizer in one of the coffee shop, so I wanted to charge my mobile and downloaded their application, then the app asked me to top up the application for 49 Saudi riyals so that I could get a battery, so I did.

After that there was a problem with the machine and it did not hand me the battery to use it.

then I contacted customer service who were not polite at all and the problems were resolved But I evaluated the app, and they got angry and withdrew the amount 49 and then withdrew 1000 without my permission, which made me removes all my bank cards in apple pay.
