Recover your Account:
Use these two links:
- Apple ID: If you Forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
- Password: If you Forgot your Apple ID Password - Apple Support
Modify your Credentials:
Being suspicious of log ins, consider modifying your credentials, ASAP, starting with a new password.
- Modify: your login credentials (using both a New eMail and a New Password) for Apple and each and all sites
- Associate: a different method of payment to your account
- Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID PayPal and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
Contact Apple Support:
Ask Apple Support for assistance, as no one here has access to your account info (and that is a good thing, BTW). Perform a trial and error login session with the Apple Rep, while on the phone.
