Is sidecar broken again?

Hi all,

After the updates this week to Big Sur 11.6 and my iPad on 14.8 it appears sidecar is broken again? I've tried signing out of my ipad appid and signing back in. I rebooted all of the devices before I logged out my appleid and back in and again afterwards. Nothing. Here are some screen shots -

Does the iPad Qualify for the iOS 15 ?? Setting >> General >> Software Updates.

Signing out of iPad Apple ID - sort of implies the iPad and Computer are using the Same Apple ID or Different IDs ??.

After the official non-Beta of Monterey dropped (12.0) and I upgraded to 12.0.1 along with the latest update to my iPad Pro, I found that Sidecar was broken with a "iPad ... Device Timed out" when I attempted to use screen share. I rebooted back to my Big Sur partition and all was well, Side Car just worked. Back booted under Monterey Production, I tried again and it continued to break. I Googled old historical problems with Side Car and found that there was a time when it didn't like Personal Hotspot enabled. So, I turned that off on the iPad and MAGIC Side Car worked again with Monterey. BigSur does NOT have a problem with Personal Hotspot and this is a bit of a pain i the butt, because one of my use cases is to use the Network From my iPad with my Thunderbolt cable plugged in and have two screens and the Internet with only the two devices with me. I will try swapping the Thunderbolt cable for another one to see if that is the problem (bandwidth), but with the SAME cable, Big Sur had No problem with the identical hardware sharing my Cellular Internet and two screens. I am sure during the Beta I tried this combination and it worked, but I cannot retest that. Hopefully, the follow on to SideCar in Monterey's future will solve all bugs and annoyances :^)

Ever since I updated to MacOS Montery sidecar has been terrible. The shortcut to connect it vanished from the top menu bar, connecting has been hit or miss, you broke something that worked well

I went through the steps, and finally was advised to turn on Keychain in iCloud settings, on both devices.

That worked.
