I have bought a macbook air m1 from Dubai two months ago. The display suddenly turned all black. Now im in Bangladesh. I do not have the receipt and I have no way to collect it from Dubai. Local apple care authorized dealer says without receipt I'm not eligible for Apple care.
Is there any way I can avail the warranty?
You can use your serial number to verify AppleCare status on the Apple site.
Apple support should be able to supply a receipt but so can your seller assuming he created one at purchase. Can you contact him? Phone, email or text maybe.
