Does anyone know how long does it take to repair a screen?
If you schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for a screen replacement, it is typically done same day.

I can't answer that question. You'll have to confirm with the store when you get there. Worst case, you'll leave your phone and come back later in the day to pick it up.
