iPhone 13 pro max issue

on my iphone 13 pro max not all my contacts sync to my 2013 Lexux LS 460 L. And so far apple and Verizon have not been able to help me?

Contacts Stuck in Lists post 16.1.1 Update Contacts on my phone are stuck in Lists mode with no way out. Never experienced this prior to 16.1.1 update. Anyone else seen this. I currently have no ability to reach my contacts.
