Lens repair

i have an iphone 13 pro max and I broke two of the camera lenses on the back and I was curious if I got the repair kit on Amazon for the iPhone 12 Pro Max if that would work? Are the lenses the same size on iPhone 12 and 13?

We cannot help with diy repairs but seeing as the cameras are so different the answer must be no

As far as Apple is concerned you should arrange a service or repair

https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service

Anything other than Screen or Battery will be a replacement phone and the price is in the article.
