Wrong profile picture seen by other

I have an icloud account. When I send an email from Icloud to a GMAIL account, they see a profile picture that it is NOT me !

I sent an email from my ICLOUD account to 3 different GMAIL accounts, and 2 of them received a profile picture that it not me and the third a different photo, that is also not me !

I am trying to solve this for a year and now I gave up.

Someone can help how those profiles photos are being sent together with my ICLOUD emails ?

The RFC standards for email do not support profile photos, hence they are not being sent with your email messages.

Some services allow for inter-account profile photo sharing - for example Gmail users can publicly share their profile photo with other Gmail users, but this won't be shared with iCloud or Ourlook. In other cases, like with Outlook for Business, profile photos of staff can be shared across the whole company.

In all other cases, it's the local contact list which is used to insert profile photos into the email app interface itself. This is likely what is happening in the case you have identified where a profile photo is attached to a contact which matches the email address which was sent from.

Almost. The people that received my ICLOUD email never received an email from me before, so I am not in their contact list. Very strange and annoying issue, because I am male and the picture that is being seen by the others is a female.

I already changed all my profile pictures but people still receive my icloud email inside their GMAIL account, with my wrong picture...
