iPad not starting

I Googled and tried all the possible way such as "Press and hold both the Home button and the top button" to start my iPad 2 but it doesn't show apple logo and not starting up, instead keep showing blank screen. I am not sure whether it's due to any malware or failure of system software or hardware issue. I appreciate if anyone has answer to that. Thanks

Time to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have your Apple iPad diagnosed and options presented you.


Failing that,

You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.


Use the Hardware Repair & Battery usage & Charging support categories.

by installing and using the Apple Support app found in the iOS App Store.
