I just bought an iphone 13. No charging block. Can I use the cable from my iphone 7 or 11 to charge my 13 using the USB block from those devices?

The iPhone 13 doesn't come with a charging block as you've found but it will work with all sorts of power adapters. The 20W Apple charger is USB-C and fast charging. Other companies sell a similar one such as Mophie, Anker, Belkin, etc.
