I often take screenshots and share them with other people via email on my iPad. Only recently, I was told that these images are too small to read. How can I take bigger and readable screenshots?

Are the screenshots being saved to your Photos Library?
I send screenshots all the time and they are plenty big enough to read.

Make sure the Mail app that you use a NOT automatically reducing the size of your screenshot images before sending them.

Make sure the Mail app that you use a NOT automatically reducing the size of your screenshot images before sending them.
If using the default iOS/iPadOS Mail app, when composing an email and adding an image, on the Cc/Bcc line, if you tap on the image size at the far right of that line, it will bring up a series of different images sizes to send.
Change to one of the larger sizes or send the original size screenshot.
