I can’t get my iPhone 13 pro max to charge with a MagSafe charger

Which power adapter are you using to power the MagSafe charging cable? They need 20W or more so a 18W or 5W adapter could be the issue.

Also, make sure to connect the MagSafe cable to power before placing your iPhone on it for charging to start.

Do you have a case on it? If so, just for testing purposes, remove the case and see if it works.
