What is “Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese)”

I noticed an app called “Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese)” was showing in my iPhone’s iCloud Backups, which I disabled.

I do not know either language but received a warning that it will not be included in the backup (as intended). Now I would like to delete it and it’s data. I cannot see it in my App Library or iCloud+ storage.

Does anyone know how to remove it?

I can just ignore it but am now curious because I cannot find it.
