My Mac mini M1 has stopped saving monitor settings

I have 2 x 4k monitors, one is rotated 270 degrees. The second is horizontal. I set the resolution I needed for each monitor. But when I restart my computer, all monitor settings are reset. And I have to every time I turn on the Mac I have to set the monitor settings to a new one, every time 😡

every day several times I set up the monitors again! He just doesn't want to notice them. Please, help!
