does not load iPhone storage

this was fix for me: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Try to reset your phone settings

go to settings > general > transfer or reset iphone >reset

and the select reset all settings

I had the same issue.

I went to Setting>>General>>Transfer or Reset iPhone>>Reset and JUST press the Reset All Setting (YOU SHOULD NOT continue) and canceled it.

After that, it's working fine.

Step 1: Press the volume up Button,

Step 2: Quickly press the volume down button so that the volume slider doesn't go away.

Step 3: While the volume slider is still visible, press and hold the side button and keep holding until Apple Logo appears.

I may have found a solution or it might be a coincidence. I was having the exact same issue as you. My Apple storage was not loading and I would wait for 5 minutes and nothing would happen. Even restated it.

what I eventually did was I went to my Apple ID( the very first thing on the home page of setting with the letter or picture that is connected to your account) followed by selecting the ICloud setting. I let it load for about a minute then went back to the iPhone storage setting and it loaded up. Maybe there is a correlation between the two so try it out and lmk if it helped

I was having the same issue. Then I did a force reboot and now it’s working.

Hi, this is how I fixed it:

In Settings > Display & Brightness, scroll down to Auto-lock and select 'Never'. Finally, try again to load iPhone storage. it took me like 2 minutes and I have read many users that took them longer according to their storage. I hope this works to you.

Shutting it down and turning it back on does nothing 😐

Did u find out why cause i’m having the same problem and it’s kinda making me mad. if you fixed the problem what did i do ?

I already restart my iphone and wait so about 5 minutes nothing happen it still loads…it’s making me mad about it 😡
