Printing Black&White options disappeared. It Was there a month ago:
How to print in BlackWhite coloured docs?
The driver was a postscript.
I just reinstall the printer.
It helps.

It depends on the printer driver.
In the popup menu that now reads "PDF Expert", you may want to select "Printer Features" or something like that.
