Hello, few days ago i updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 15. Now 15.0.2. My issue is that when i start playing some video through any external link (opens in Safari) audio works but video seems to be frozen. Almost every time screen remains black.
But videos in apps are working just fine (like instagram and YT).

We also want to share the resource below with you, and recommend clearing the history from Safari, and checking into your settings for cookies as well. Blocking cookies can prevent some features on a site from working as expected.

right before your any other advice please note this. I tried rebooting device, deleting all cookies
(cookies block deactivated)
and almost every thinkable settings of Safari. I even tried factory reset of device and it didn't work. My conclusion so far is that an IOS 15 made these kind of problems on my device
And newone occured. Few times a day some apps just close (crash) without a reason.

I have the same problem and clearing cookies doesn't fix it.
In fact using a different browser like brave or chrome also doesn't fix it, so it has to do with the native web video player somehow.
It's very frustrating to not be able to play videos on an iPhone.
