I'm working on a copy of a pages file that I created last year. (I'm now on version 11.2) On the bottom left-hand corner of every page, in blue type there are the words "Information Classification: General." Why is it there, and how do I get rid of it?

That quoted, blue text content is not part of Pages, but may be from a template sourced from other than Pages, or simply content in the left hand footer segment. If the content was saved to Layout section (aka section master), visit the last menu item in the Arrange menu, and follow its sub-menu to make that item editable. Then click on the blue text and see if it selects. If so, you can remove it from your document. I am on an iPad right now, so don't recall the actual wording in these menus now it has changed in v11.2.
