If your old iPad has any value, you will receive instant credit to spend - or receive an Apple Gift Card to redeem against a future purchase. if the device is too old, or is damaged, Apple will recycle the item for free.

You can either take your device along to your local Apple Store - or use the online service. If using the online method, Apple’s Trade-in Partner will sent you a free shipping kit, for each item, in which to return the device.
