I’m suggesting that your iPad, on the basis of your description and your posted photo’s, is likley to be operating normally.
If you have any concerns, you would be well advised to seek assistance from the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store - where the technicians can test ans assess your iPad and its LCD panel for faults. If repair is needed, you’ll be in the best possible place to receive appropriate advice.

So i can understand from you that your ipad pro 2021 with M1 ship also on black backgrounds while viewing it in angles or lowering down your head you can also see this pinkish blue colors , so my ipad pro 2020 is normal no need to replace it !
Yes thank you so much you’re 100% right it’s normal to see this pinkish blue from angles by the way this is how it looks like while sitting in front of it .
The majority of LCD panel designs will have a visible colour-shift and observed change of brightness when viewed off-axis - particularly more pronounced at extreme angles.
Do you own an ipad pro 2020?
I have a 2021 model of iPad Pro in front of me now - along with many other models - that exhibit this very phenomena.
Can you please take an angle photo from your 2021 ipad pro while in dark mode and at night time on a black backround thank you in advance ☺️
