Can't start installing the new update 15.0

Hello. First the itunes says that there's a new software 15.0 available and can be downloaded. When I agree it says that my iTunes is not fresh enough so I download the latest version and install it. Then again it offers to update, and then says the same - itunes is not fresh enough.
