Recently setup iPhone 13 and forgot passcode, how to recover it

The passcode cannot be recovered. You'll have to erase your phone using your home computer with iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac) by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

You can set it up all over again from your most recent backup. When you set it up again and create a passcode, WRITE IT DOWN somewhere for easy recall.
