I paid 909$ (whole amount)for the iPhone 13 mini . Need to be unlocked for using or just put the sim card in if I’m at the other country ?

Where did you buy this iPhone?
I did order online couple hours ago , tomorrow Friday they have to send that one to me from 11am to 1 pm
i only wanna know about the using condition, I paid all - just go ahead and use it ??
If you specified the no SIM phone from Apple's site and paid full price you will be able to use it with any carrier that accepts carry in phones.
