Hang up with most recent update

IPad is hung up on latest update and it won’t let me delete the 33kb of memory so I can begin again….Hard reset doesn’t clear the issue, what next?

You'll likely have to restore the iPad to factory settings.


Follow the instructions in the articles below to restart the iPad, then plug it into your computer to restore it to factory settings. I hope you had backed it up to iCloud or to your computer prior to upgrading.
