I wanna phone number to Apple support that actually talk to a person

I would like a phone number to speak to an an Actual representative. I’m having problems getting into my account I want to find out if I actually have an account because they charge me for all kinds of stuff. So please send me a phone number so I can call the person that can talk to me through this.
