Has anyone with the new iPhone13 experience the problem of not getting an audible alert when receiving an email?

We understand you're not receiving notifications as expected. We would recommend starting by checking the settings as shown in this article:

Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Hi Lizzy_12

Thank you for your reply. I have done all the steps as outlined in the article with @ least 3 call with Apple Support and a visit with the Genius Bar at my local Apple Store.

I was informed at the Genius Bar that this problem has been experienced by several Apple staff with iPhone 13s and they all think it’s a software issue which requires an future update.

I just want to communicate to other iPhone13 user of this potential problem.
