Trying to transfer from nano sim to esim on xs max. I go to settings then to cellular but there is no option to convert to esim as instructed by iphone instuctions. Any ideas why this wouldnt be showing on my xs max?
Do you know your carrier actually supports eSim on iPhone? I'd start by contacting your cellular provider.

Same issue here and I have T-Mobile who does support eSIM
Then contact T-Mobile, who should be able to help you. Apple can't transfer your service from Sim to eSim.
Trying to transfer regular sim to esim on my xs max. It says to go to settings then cellular then convert to esim but that option isnt showing after going to cellular
