i would like to try VSCO Membership (7 days -free trail ) , so i subscribed it.

But they charged me for one year.

how can i fix it ?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund or other assistance.
