How can I save and print a single frame from a video?

In the Photos app, double click on the video to play it. Pause on the frame you want to save/print.

Take a cropped screen shot of the image by typing Command + Shift + 4 and dragging around the area of the screen you want to take an image of.

You can then save or print that screenshot.
