How to temporarily disabled my account until I can figure out who’s been signing in and out of my Apple ID
Some one else has been using my Apple ID how can I start another account safety without loosing all of my stuff on my phone

Try enabling 2 Factor Authentication on your account. Then they would need one of your trusted devices to get a verification code to sign into your ID. You can also change the Apple ID email address and password.
