Apple warranty claim for a second handed iPhone

i bought a used iphone 12 pro max and now its not charging

it doesn’t show any charging sign and don’t store battery don’t accept any charger

can i claim my phone on apple store its still in warranty until March 2022

i don’t know the person who bought it from apple store or logged in the first apple id but u have box and phone with me

i bought my phone through an online application named ( olx ) and the person who sold me the phone is not in my contact

can i claim it on apple store Dubai

Please don't post your device's details in a public forum.

You can enter the serial number at Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support to verify the warranty status.

Also the model number corresponds to a U.S. iPhone so the warranty will not be valid in Dubai. Link-> Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support

Are you in the US? That is a US phone. The warranty is only valid in the US.

If you are in the US and it is suffering a hardware failure, and has not been physically damaged due to accident, liquid damage, or tampering, and is is not activation locked to someone other than yourself, you can get it serviced at any Apple Store or authorized service provider in the US.

If the device is signed in to someone else's Apple ID, you cannot have it serviced.

If the device was purchased in another country from where you are, you cannot have it serviced.

Unfortunately, you will likely need to purchase another device.
