iPad has no sound for Live Photo’s.

Here’s the solution:

go to control center.

add silent mode to included controls.

pull down control center by using finger from upper right corner of iPad (when oriented with home button down).

click on red silent mode button…to turn it off.

Live Photos will now play with sound.
