PodcastConnect Art Size Issue

Hey. trying to submit my new show to apple podcasts but keep getting error...

Art - Artwork

must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB

color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

I've resized multiple times, deleted, refreshed, over and over, but it still tells me the artwork is incorrect.

any info would be lovely.
