I dont have acces on facetime

When you say that you don’t have access to FaceTime, do you mean that you are unable to locate the app or are you unable to use FaceTime?

If you are unable to locate the app, use the search function to try to locate it: Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch 

If you still cannot find it, try to download it from the App Store: Download apps and games on your iPhone or iPad
