I’ve seeing multiple Random Numbers Starting with +1 (410) keeps sending me spam when I blocked it in messages, but then it comes up with the random number that looks the same thing. is there a way to stop it? Please help!
This does not answer the question. Please re-read the question again, more carefully. I think you are aware of the 1(410) text spoofing. Apple's ranger app will do it for calls but not text messages. Please make Ranger work on text messages too. We shouldn't need to pay an extra premium for something that should be your responsibility.

We understand you'd like to block phone numbers from sending you messages. We're happy to help.
To block a number just open the message, tap the number at the top of the message thread and select Info. Select the Info option again, then select Block this Caller at the bottom of the page. You can do that to each number you'd like to block.

If you've blocked a phone number but messages from that phone number are still coming through, we'd recommend contacting Apple for assistance: Get Support
