How to delete system files

My system files takes up a lot of storage and I have already deleted all most every app I own just because of low storage. How do I delete the iOS system files

There is no direct method available to delete those system files.

Can you update your iPhone 6s to iOS 15.0.2 ? See whether that resolves things.

If you have already updated to iOS version 15.0.2 and there is no change in the system files storage space, then try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone
