Unfortunately, the iPhone 6 does not have the required hardware to update to iOS 13 or higher. iOS 12.5.5 is the highest possible for that model.

Your iPhone 6 cannot be updated past iOS version 12.x.x due to hardware performance limitations. You will need a newer model iPhone to update to iOS 15.x.x
