Billing Information When Downloading Free Apps
When I download an free app, it asks for my billing information even though I do not have any.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.
We understand that your billing information is being requested when you try to download a free app. This is expected behavior when using the App Store. You can add a payment method on file using the steps in Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.
If you prefer not to keep a payment method on file, review the section at the very bottom of the support article and choose the link "If you want to use no payment method with your Apple ID."
