Buying apple product from USA using credit card from Bangladesh

Hi

I'm from Bangladesh. I want to buy few apple products from apple store USA. I want to pay from Bangladesh using my credit card. If APPLE delivers my products to my relative's address, they will receive it. Then they will send it to me. Is it possible?

Can I buy in installment using my card?
