Problem adding items to bag

I'm trying to make a purchase but I'm not able to as I get an error message. This has been the case ever since I last cleared my bag.

P.S: The bag icon however still shows 3 items in bag although it isn't the case.

Please help me overcome this

We understand you're having some issues making purchases. Are you just trying to make purchased from the iTunes or App Store, or are you trying to make a purchase on the Apple website?


What is the exact error message that you get? Them more detail you can provide, the better us and the rest of the community will be able to assist. If you're just having an issue with a purchase on the Apple website, you can also contact Apple's sales team: Contact Apple If necessary, select your country or region from the dropdown menu at the top of the page and click continue to have it reflect relevant information for your location.
