Copy notification text into telegram

Hi. Is it possible for the following…

1. App sends notification to iPhone
2. notification text copied
3. Text then sent to telegram

I have looked at shortcuts, toolbox and integromat but nothing specific to what I’m looking to achieve.

Any guidance or ideas appreciated.
