Deleting apps from iPad air

If I delete apps from my iPad Air, will it also be deleted from my iPhone (XR)?

Help! i don’t have enough storage to download the latest IOS app.

No. Each device controls its own app complement.

(There is a setting that downloads new apps automatically, but that is still on the receiving device.)
