How do I set up my iTunes account so I can use the App Store

how can I set up my iTunes account every time I go in the App Store it tells me I have not used my iTunes account and it just keeps routing me back to my username and password?

We understand that you're receiving an error when trying to use your Apple ID account with the iTunes Store and App Store. We want to help.


Just to confirm, after receiving that message, are you prompted to enter a payment method for your account? "In some cases, like if you're using an existing Apple ID with the App Store for the first time, you must provide payment information."
