lightning dock doesn't always connect with ios15

Is the dock you're using an Apple or third-party product? Are you able to connect other devices to the dock? If so, do other devices charge or connect as expected?

Are you able to connect and charge your iPhone using an Apple Lightning Cable and AC Adapter? This may help isolate the issue to either your device or the dock itself.
