Not likely to be an allergy or chemical reaction if you have worn if for a month. Unless you have used some sort of cleaner or lotion on it.
I’ve been wearing the watch for a month and I’ve never had this happen before. I have taken the watch off now and I’m just hoping it gets better.
Interesting how far up your arm you wear your watch. Have you always worn a watch that far from the bend of your wrist?

It may be too tight and is pinching your skin or you may be allergic to whichever band you are using. Did they blistering appear immediately or only after wearing it for awhile?
Make an appointment with your doctor to look at the blister and they may refer you to an allergist or dermatologist.
