I have purchased "LinkedIn Premium" thru Apple - threat of cancellation

I have purchased "LinkedIn Premium" which I want to continue to do, but I get billed thru Apple. It gets billed to my Apple Barclay card which i want it to do, how do I just keep this going without my LinkedIn Premium being cancelled?
