iPod is telling me iPod disabled connect to iTunes but can't my screen is showing vertical lines i want to get the music from Playlist is there a way I can get it from my smartphone galaxy 9

If an iPod touch is showing as “disabled”, it’s already lost its contents.


Vertical lines on the display usually means a low-level system corruption, or a hardware problem.


There’s no means to retrieve a playlist here, absent an existing backup to iCloud, or to a local Mac or Windows system.

Probably. An iPod touch sixth generation is currently supported. Somebody will have to look at the iPod touch to determine what’s likely wrong with it. Whether the price of the repair is preferable to the price of a replacement is the question here. Use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage, and start a repair request.
