Myriad font for Keynote on iPad

All my Keynote presentations on my iMac use Myriad Pro fonts.

However, my iPad Air does not have that font, and all my presentation text is very off.

How can I get Myriad Pro fonts for my iPad so that my Keynote presentations are OK?

Thanks.

So, in your opinion, if I download a font installer app from the App store, and email the font to my iPad, the iPad would recognize the emailed font?

I've used the app AnyFont to install a number of fonts gotten from websites and elsewhere without problem. The process involves installing a "configuration profile" which will be seen in settings > general > vpn & device management. Hi.

  1. Many thanks.
  2. I have seen that site, my problem is finding Myriad Pro.
  3. I gather that it takes a third-party program to install?
  4. I've seen offers of free Myriad Pro font, but I always distrust such free things.
  5. I presume that copying and pasting the font from my iMac to my iPad is not an option?
  6. I appreciate your help.

cyrano7,

Thanks for getting back to us. In order to install fonts you will need to find a font installer app in the App Store that contains the font you wish to install. The cost of the app is completely up to the developer of the app. Once you download and install the font, per the instructions in the app, the font will be available to use in all your apps. The only way to get the font installed is via the App Store, you can't transfer the font from your Mac.

Hope this helps.

Best Regards.

Hi.

1 Many thanks. I think I grasp all that.

2 If I understood correctly, there are some fonts I can get from the App Store, but I cannot get a preview of which fonts are included.

3 The only, or most legitimate place I found to get the font Myriad Pro, was from an Adobe site. I do not mind paying for the font, but just to get into the site, I had to agree that they could use my data and information worldwide, in any way they want. That seems a whole level of intrusive. So, I could not proceed.

I simply want to add Myriad Pro to my iPad.

4 Any thoughts on how to get Myriad Pro after I get a font installer from the Apple Store?

Thanks for your help, and I'm sorry to be so dense.
